Yesterday we tragically lost our founder and COO, Claudio Mastronardi. Claudio was an amazing father, son and an invaluable friend to so many people, including all of us here at Natura Naturals.
His dream from the very beginning was to build this company from the ground up and make it a success not so much for himself but for those he cared about. This venture began with a passion to help others, especially children suffering with epilepsy. With great sadness he will no longer be here with us to fulfill that dream. In his honor, we will do our absolute best to keep his legacy strong and to keep his dreams alive. Claudio was a kind and giving person, blessed with an amazing strength and faith in God. For those who had the opportunity to really know him, you were gifted with genuine friendship. He has touched the lives of many people during his lifetime and his presence, his friendship and his laughter will be always be missed. We pray that you are at peace and watching over us with pride as we continue to make your dreams come true. |

Kim Martelle
Kim is an advocate for Cannabis
Reform/Reclassification.
Up until recently Kim's daughter of 10 years was fighting for her life. She battled an intractable form of epilepsy that did not respond to conventional treatment. She had been giving her daughter Cadence cannabis for medical purposes. It was reducing her seizures for weeks at a time.
Medication after medication, many serious side effects and no seizure control, made Kim turn away from conventional therapies, but too late. Cadence needed cannabis early not later. Cadence passed away peacefully after suffering from a dive in her sodium levels. It was a phenomenon that can happen in pre puberty among children with intractable epilepsy.
"I want to see CHANGE! I want to be the change even though it will not give me back the one thing I want most. I will see my baby girl again, I will tell her that I did not give up and with any luck I had a hand in a positive outcome."
Laurie MacEachern
Spinal injury and chronic neuropathic pain
Laurie is a disabled professional who is currently the Managing Director of the Medicinal Cannabis Patients' Alliance of Canada Inc. The Alliance is federally incorporated volunteer NPO made up of Canadians who legally use cannabis as medicine. Suffering from the aftermath of a spinal injury and chronic neuropathic pain, Laurie was prescribed massive doses of pharmaceutical medications. She has been pharmaceutical free since 2007.
